Writing a short story is like having an affair; writing a novella is like getting married. I live with the illusion that what I write could possibly have some influence. Erotica, the art of sexual love, is my passion. Sacrilegious erotica is my genre.Lustful Doubts is a masterpiece! There was never any doubt in my mind. I was in tears as well as aroused when I wrote it. I cried aloud when I read it over and over again.Life with Betsy, traveling, good health, guilt gone, totally free and unburdened made the rest of the six year cycles of my life blissful.With all the technology, i.e. texting, sexting, email etc., I miss the good old days when getting a letter via snail mail and a phone call on a landline caused wonder and excitement.I might not have lived to tell this story if I had fornicated during the AIDS crisis.The catholic church finally got their comeuppance for looking the other way along with the huge cover-up over the abuse by the clergy. How sad that many young people were robbed of their innocence by the actions of these ecclesiastical sinners.In spite of the years of abuse in catholic schools, I�m grateful for the decent education I received.Today same sex marriages are finally accepted in many states.Finally it became a credo for my entire writing life � if I feared putting something on paper, it was a voice screaming from the interior for me to start writing it down, to leave out nothing.
